Amadeus has extensive experience handling transactions for both first-hand and second-hand properties. He has represented and advised the Hong Kong Housing Authority on the completion of the Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating smooth property transfers.
